For those of you who missed this round table discussion, I am placing a link out to an article that BPTrends picked-up awhile back. It is basically a synergy model (high-level) between Lean 6 and BPMS deployment methods. In a previous life I led the creation of BPMS deployment methods for a leading BPMS vendor so this is a take on how these two approaches can work together. It even has the benefit of being based on reallity as we have done this a number of times and it does work. It is a big topic and a lot of moving pieces so its in no way the defacto best practice, just one that held together pretty well based on our experience.
